The Oklahoma Wheat Growers’ Association announced two upcoming informational meetings Jan. 9 in Altus, and Jan. 23 in Enid, Oklahoma. The meetings will cover producer planning opportunities for the 2018 wheat harvest, including enhancing Oklahoma wheat production and end-use quality; soil fertility and wheat breeding; and a state government update.
The Jan. 9 meeting will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., at the Southwest Technology Center, 711, W. Tamarack, Altus, Oklahoma.
The Jan. 23 meeting will be from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m., at Autry Tech, 1201 W. Willow, Enid, Oklahoma. Growers are asked to RSVP for this meeting by Jan. 18.
