IPSA is now accepting applications for scholarships
The IPSA scholarship program was created by the Myron “Ted” Asplin Family to benefit the future of agriculture by supporting and encouraging the education of future ag professionals.
Working with the IPSA Education Committee, the IPSA Board intends to award ten $2,000 scholarships to students studying in the field of agriculture.
IPSA members are strongly encouraged to spread the word about the scholarship opportunity in your communities, especially in your local FFA, 4-H and high schools.
Applications are due to IPSA by March 31 and award winners will be announced by June 1. Visit the website to view the qualifications for scholarship recipients. Any interested and qualified high school or college students can apply via our application on Survey Monkey.
Any questions on the application or program can be directed to Todd Martin at [email protected] or Julianne Thompson at [email protected].
Scholarship recipients will be required to attend the annual IPSA meeting in January 2019 to receive their award. Travel expenses will be covered.
IPSA thanks those companies who generously support the IPSA scholarship fund: the family of Tom Burrus & Burrus Seed; the family of Ray Schultz & Mustang Seed; Buckhorn Manufacturing; Central Bag & Box; and various individual contributions from IPSA members.
