Grace Manufacturing Co., Plato, Missouri, has expanded the Tree Terminator tree shear line to include the new Extended Reach Rotating Tree Shear. The tree shear is designed to easily clear under and above fence. Southwest Distributing Co., Inc., Clinton, Oklahoma, will distribute the new tree sheer in Oklahoma and Arkansas. The Tree Terminator Extended Reach Rotating Tree Shear is 9 feet in length from the mounting plate to the tip of blades. This allows the average user to cut limbs 20 or more feet from the ground. The heavy-duty, streamlined design allows the shear to slide under fencerows to easily cut an 8-inch tree up to 6 feet away, on the other side of the fence. When used at ground level, the shear is designed to cut at or below the ground level with minimal ground disturbance. The Extended Reach Rotating Tree Shear swivels by wireless remote, quickly turning 90 degrees to cut trees up to 8 inches in diameter. With the wireless swivel option, the operator doesn’t need to leave the seat of the skid steer, tractor, backhoe or excavator to turn the tree shear and trim limbs in hard to reach locations.
