Pratt 3 p.m. cattle sales report

The Pratt Livestock, Pratt, Kansas, June 7, reported estimated receipts of 4,500 head as of 3 p.m., according to the Kansas Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Dodge City, Kansas.

Compared to a week ago, the feeder steers from 700 to 750 and 800 to 1,000 pounds were selling firm to $6 higher. The feeder heifers from 700 to 850 pounds were firm to $1 higher.

Feeder steers: Medium and large frame 1, 700 to 750 lbs., 142.75 to 149.00; gaunt 700 to 750 lbs., 154.75 to 155.50; 750 to 800 lbs., 140.75 to 145.50; 756 lbs., value added 152.50; 800 to 850 lbs., 140.00 to 144.10; 850 to 900 lbs., 136.50 to 139.75; 950 to 1000 lbs., 125.25 to 131.85; value added 133.50 to 134.75.

Feeder heifers: Medium and large frame 1, 700 to 750 lbs., 134.75 to 137.50; 750 to 800 lbs., 128.00 to 133.25; 807 lbs., 127.75; 850 to 900 lbs., 126.25 to 129.25.
