Pratt 3 p.m. cattle sales report

The Pratt Livestock, Pratt, Kansas, June 14, reported estimated receipts of 4,500 head June 14 as of 3 p.m., according to the Kansas Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News, Dodge City, Kansas.

Compared to a week ago, the feeder steers weighing 700 to 800 pounds were selling $9 to $10 higher and those 800 to 1,000 pounds were selling $2 to $4 higher. The feeder heifers from 650 to 900 pounds were selling $2 to $5 higher.

Feeder steers: Medium and large frame 1, 700 to 750 lbs., 155.25 to 159.25; 750 to 800 lbs., 150.00 to 155.50; 800 to 850 lbs., 141.25 to 148.75; 850 to 900 lbs., 138.75 to 145.25; 900 to 950 lbs., 135.50 to 139.00; 953 lbs., 132.50.

Feeder heifers: Medium and large frame 1, 650 to 700 lbs., 147.00 to 147.50; 700 to 750 lbs., 135.10 to 142.50; 750 to 800 lbs., 132.25 to 139.00; 825 lbs., 129.00; 900 to 950 lbs., 120.50 to 124.25.
