A three-day regenerative ranching workshop, hosted by SAVE with other sponsors, is planned for July 9 to 11 at 968 N. 52nd Street, Riley, Kansas.

This event, which includes a sign-in at 8:30 a.m. with workshops from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., includes lunch each day, but attendees are responsible for their own transportation to and from the event, other meals, and overnight accommodations.

Presenters will include farmer and rancher Dale Strickler and Wichita State University professor Elizabeth Hellman.

Scholarships for current producers, beginning farmers and ranchers, veterans and transitioning service members interested in, or currently engaged in, grazing activities to cover the normal cost of tuition—$600—as well as daily course fees of $30 are available.

For more information, call Mary Howell at 785-562-8726 or Colin Kingston at 785-775-1212 or [email protected].
