Conner Pritchett, Oklahoma Panhandle State University’s Student Government Association president, has hit the ground running this academic year with a vision of leadership and service. Encouraged by friends to take on this role, Pritchett has embraced the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on campus, sharing his commitment to creating a positive experience for all OPSU students.
When asked about his motivation for running for office, Pritchett highlighted the encouragement he received from close friends and the belief in his ability to lead. “Really, it was the inspiration and encouragement from some of my friends that made me decide to run for office,” he said. Now at the helm of the SGA, he’s focused on supporting students and fostering an environment where they can truly thrive.
Beyond his SGA involvement, Pritchett is active in multiple campus organizations. He serves on the College of Agriculture, Science and Nursing Leadership Council and is a member of the Livestock Show Team, the Crops Judging Team and the Baptist Collegiate Ministry. This involvement has enriched his college experience and allowed him to build connections across campus.
