High Plains No-Till Conference Feb. 4-5

The Colorado Conservation Tillage Association has announced its annual High Plains No-Till Conference is scheduled for Feb. 4 to 5 at the Burlington Community and Education Center, Burlington, Colorado.

Allen Williams, Roy Pfaltzgraff and Don Day Jr. will be keynote speakers. Williams is a sixth-generation family farmer and founding partner of Understanding Ag, LLC, the Soil Health Academy and Regenified, LLC. Pfaltzgraff utilizes both conventional and nonconventional methods for regenerative agriculture. Day is the president and chief meteorologist of Day Weather, Inc.

CCTA will feature educational sessions ranging from weed management and the economic value of extended rotations with cover crops to using hydroponics for commercial sheep and getting started in soil health management.
