Kansas Livestock Association is offering a reward up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those involved in a stolen cattle case in Woodson County. Chris Stockebrand reported five head of 600 lb. to 700 lb. yearling black heifers with red tags in the right ear were stolen from a pasture three miles northeast of Yates Center. He said the theft occurred between the evenings of June 10 and June 12.
The reward is being offered because Stockebrand is a KLA member. Anyone with information that could lead to the arrest and conviction of those involved in this theft should call Stockebrand at 620-625-5020 or the Woodson County Sheriff at 620-625-8640.
