Webinar to cover net income for property tax calculations

During the Agricultural Net Income Situation for Property Tax Calculations Webinar, May 16 at 10 a.m. CDT, Allen Featherstone will discuss the process for calculating the landlord net income for property tax computations and provide information with regard to when agricultural landlord net income may begin to fall. Given the low net farm income, the divergence between use value net farm income and the net incomes received by farmers continues to be an item of discussion.
