New Mexico State University’s Cooperative Extension Service in collaboration with FS Global Group will host a virtual certification course designed for operators, managers and supervisors of commercially canned acidified food processing operations.
This course will be offered in Spanish and is open to canned food processing operations in the region and Latin America. The Better Process Control School workshop will be available in two options. Acidified Foods Certification will be from 8 a.m. to noon, June 9 to12.
