Hayden On Harvest: We have run into a dilemma!

Hey wheat harvest fans! Join Hayden and his family on another exciting day of cutting wheat in South Texas. It’s a hot and humid day, with moisture levels being the key challenge. Hayden starts the day waiting for the wheat to dry to the perfect moisture content – needing it below 13.5% to harvest.

After being stuck in the camper for two days, Hayden is pumped to finally get back in the field. He shares a quick shoutout to a channel member named Ian, who helped them reach 18 out of 50 channel members.

The day’s big challenge? Trucks. With limited truck capacity, they can only haul one load per day, which slows down the harvest. Hayden mentions they’re expecting three new employees soon – two truck drivers and a grain cart driver – to help keep things moving.

Between checking wheat moisture, moving between fields, and managing the harvest logistics, Hayden keeps things light and fun. His dog Dibs makes a few adorable appearances, and he even lets his mom take over the camera for a bit.
