The Kansas Department of Transportation has named Ron Hall, a veteran with nearly 45 years of experience in engineering, maintenance and district leadership, as its new director of field operations.
Hall most recently served as District Six engineer in southwest Kansas, a position he held since 2016. He will continue to be based in Garden City while leading a division that orchestrates KDOT’s six districts and champions highway maintenance, construction, snow and ice removal, roadside management and emergency response support.
