The Salt City Film Festival of Hutchinson, Kansas, has selected a short documentary about grasslands restoration to show Sept. 25 to 27.

The film, which premiered in New York City on Earth Day as part of the RegenNYC Film Festival, titled The Wallace Project: Year Four, documents four years of regenerative grazing implementation on 2,740 acres of cropland near Wallace, Kansas.

The Wallace Project: Year Four was created as part of The Provenance Co.’s mission to share the effects of land degradation and water loss, and the potential for large-scale grassland restoration through holistic management of livestock. The film was produced by Bull Skull Productions of Lawrence. For more information, visit: www.saltcityfilmfest.com.
