NMCGA to have regional meeting in Roswell

New Mexico Cattle Growers Association

The New Mexico Cattle Growers’ Association will have a southeast regional meeting, scheduled for Oct. 3, at Freedom Hall, located at 301 N. Railroad, Roswell, New Mexico.

This year, the meeting will feature speakers, including April Elliott, director of surface resource at the New Mexico State Land Office, representatives from Excel Energy and SPS Energy, Dr. Sammie Holeck, state veterinarian, Belinda Garland, executive director, New Mexico Livestock Board, and Tom Paterson, NMCGA president-elect, who will provide insights into the upcoming 2026 Legislative Session.

Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. and the program will start at 9 a.m. A sponsored lunch will be at noon with an RSVP for lunch. For more information on the meeting, contact the NMCGA office at 505-247-0584.
