The Southwest Nebraska Cattlemen will be having a farm and ranch succession seminar from 2 to 4 p.m. Dec. 4 at the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture’s Education Center Auditorium in Curtis, Nebraska.
Allan Vyhnalek, a former state Extension educator for farm and ranch succession planning, will be the presenter. Vyhnalek has more than 34 years of experience in Nebraska and Iowa. He will offer practical strategies for starting and navigating through tough family conversations about transitioning a farm or ranch operation.
