Austin-based Farm Credit Bank of Texas’ stockholders have re-elected Dennis Anthony of Friona, Texas, and Linda Floerke of Lampasas County, to the board, with both directors set to begin new three-year terms on Jan. 1.

Resulting from a recent amendment to its bylaws, the board has also expanded its size from seven to eight directors effective Jan. 1, 2025. James “Stewart” McGill of Huntsville, Alabama, has been elected to fill the newly established seat. McGill will serve the second and third years of that term beginning Jan. 1, 2026.

Anthony has been a member of the FCBT board of directors since 2023. Floerke has served on the FCBT board since 2017 and was elected vice chair in 2021. McGill joins the board as a managing partner of Tate Farms General Partnership, a diversified North Alabama agricultural operation spanning more than 10,000 acres of row crops and a large agri-tourism business.
