According to a March 19 update on their Facebook page, the Nebraska Department of Agriculture released information regarding disaster relief information.

According to NDA, if you are looking to offer donations or assistance to those affected by the wildfires or are an individual affected, please visit nda.nebraska.gov/disasterresources. Here you can find a list of those willing to donate hay, fencing supplies, trucking, etc. This list is for individuals to connect with one another and receive the assistance they need through a one-on-one connection. While NDA helps to collect this information, it is the responsibility of the individual to reach out to those who  might be able to assist them. The spreadsheet includes a section for those seeking assistance, those donating items, and those donating services.

If you are on this list and wish to be removed, please contact [email protected].

A list of individuals requesting assistance and those offering donations is now available on our website: https://nda.nebraska.gov/disasterresources under ”available and requested donations and services.“ If you are on this list and wish to be removed as you are no longer able to provide donations or no longer need assistance, please email us at [email protected]. This list will be updated daily.

If you are in need of assistance, please contact the Nebraska Department of Agriculture at 1-800-831-0550. Be prepared to share your name, contact information, location (including county), what assistance you are seeking and how urgent your need is. You can also fill out this form: https://bit.ly/ndadonationrequests.

Those across the state and even country have shown an outpouring of support to those affected by the wildfires. If you have hay, feed, fencing materials, equipment, transportation, etc. that you are willing to donate, please contact the Nebraska Department of Agriculture at 1-800-831-0550. Be prepared to share your name, contact information and what you have that you are willing to donate and the amount, along with your location. You can also fill out this form: https://bit.ly/ndadonationsupplies.
