New Mexico participant in foodservice show

Six New Mexico food and beverage companies will bring the state’s signature flavors to a global audience May 16 to 19 in Chicago, connecting buyers and distributors from 110 countries.

The New Mexico Department of Agriculture is sponsoring the state’s pavilion at the 2026 National Restaurant Association Show at McCormick Place Convention Center through the NEW MEXICO—Taste the Tradition/Grown with Tradition Logo Program, which helps local businesses expand into new markets.

New Mexico State University’s School of Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management is partnering with NMDA to provide student ambassadors who will assist with product sampling and outreach at the pavilion.
