No Bake Peanut Butter Bars

I do not make this very often because I want to eat the whole pan at once.
Ingredients:
Bars:
1 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cup dry milk powder
1/2 cup honey
Topping:
6 oz. chocolate chips
Additional 1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp butter
Optional chopped peanuts
Instructions:
Beat peanut butter, dry milk and honey until smooth. Spread in an 8 x 8 pan. Melt together chocolate chips, butter, and 1 Tbsp peanut butter, stir. Add chopped peanuts if desired. Spread on top of peanut butter mixture. Refrigerate.
