Greenridge 5 a triplex with plenty of room

The Greenridge 5 (407-57) is a single-level triplex with two bedrooms and two baths. Each unit is 1,010 square feet with the garage being 277 square feet. The garages extend forward providing long covered porches for each unit. The roof is hipped on each side and the garages are gabled. It provides a unique clean look to the face of the units.

Entry to each unit is down a long covered porch and to the left in units one and three and to the right in the center unit two. There is a coat closet on the left and the washer/dryer is directly in front. Turning to the right, one enters a hallway past the kitchen toward the dining/living room.

The kitchen is U-shaped with a center island containing the range and oven along with a cabinet overhead. The sink is under a large window and the dishwasher is adjacent. It has been raised to make loading and unloading easier.

The dining room and the living room are both vaulted and are one long open area. There is a set of patio doors opening onto the backyard and concrete patio area. Off the living room is the master suite with a private bath. The suite has large window facing the rear and a huge walk-in closet adjacent the master bath. The access to the foundation is located in the center of the closet. It has a corner cabinet for shoes and sweaters. The master bath contains one sink and a tub/shower combination.

Between the two bedrooms is the main bathroom for the home. It has a single sink and a tub/shower combination also. Bedroom two has a large wall closet and is the normal sized second bedroom. It has a large window that overlooks the covered porch and the front yard area.

The center unit is identical to the two outside units except it is reversed. If this were a triplex that was to be owner occupied, unit one is deal as the owner’s unit. It is on the outside with the bedrooms away from the unit next door.
