Oklahoma Cattlemen’s Association board of directors’ meetings are held quarterly and open to all OCA members. The spring quarterly board meeting will be held May 4 at the OSU Animal Science Arena in Stillwater, Oklahoma.
"Board meetings are held quarterly to take care of and vote on association business, discuss current industry issues and provide opportunities for OCA members to network, collaborate and fellowship," said Weston Givens, OCA president. "We also try to incorporate a timely educational element into each meeting, which I find particularly useful."
Lunch will be served at 11:30 a.m., followed by the educational component and then the board of director’s meeting.
The topic of the educational component will be, Reproductive Readiness: Tips to make sure your cows are in top shape for breeding season. The speaker will be Brennan Lewis, Embryo Division manager at Reproduction Enterprises, Inc., in Stillwater.
Please RSVP to assist in lunch preparations. You may do so online at www.okcattlemen.org or call 405-235-4391.
"We want to extend our appreciation to Reproduction Enterprises, Inc. for sponsoring the Spring Quarterly Board Meeting," Givens said. "I hope to see many fellow cattlemen in Stillwater next week."
