Spring wheat planted was 51 percent, well behind 93 last year and 78 average. Emerged was 6 percent, well behind 68 last year and 44 average.

Oats planted was 47 percent, well behind 93 last year and 80 average. Emerged was 8 percent, well behind 74 last year and 50 average.
