High Plains Journal, a multi-media publishing company, is the trusted source of information for agribusiness, connecting those who feed the world. For 70+ years, HPJ has served farmers, ranchers and our advertising partners in the ever-changing agriculture industry. We are looking for an Inside Sales professional to join the team that will position HPJ for another 70 years of distinction.

- finding and closing new business (often a one-call close)
- listening, asking great questions & qualifying opportunities
Requirements
- Candidate must have 5 years of work experience with at least 3 years of proven, successful sales experience
- Candidate must be comfortable working in an office environment, spending several hours a day on the phone and working in CRM software
- Computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar program
- High school graduate or equivalent
Desired Experience
Outbound Phone Sales, Inbound Phone Sales, Establishing Daily/Weekly Sales Activity Plans, Advertising Sales or Media Sales, CRM Funnel Management
Salary Range: Base + Commission (25K-35K Base) + Expected commissions (10K-15K) depending on qualifications & experience
