Busy weeknights call for quick meals 

Cheeseburger Sliders

Total Time: 30 minutes 

My boys love it and if there’s any leftovers, they heat up great. 

Ingredients: 

Sliders:

1 package King’s Hawaiian slider buns or rolls 

1 lb. ground beef, drained 

1/2 onion, chopped 

1 tsp minced garlic 

Salt and pepper, to taste 

Worcestershire sauce, to taste 

Everything bagel seasoning or sesame seeds 

Sauce: 

1/4 cup mayo 

2 Tbsp ketchup 

1 Tbsp mustard 

Dill pickle slices, diced

Mild cheddar cheese slices 

Instructions:  

Broil bun tops for approximately 2 minutes or until golden brown. Cook onion in a little olive oil and add ground beef. Drain excess grease. Salt and pepper to taste. Add garlic and Worcestershire and cook through. Mix mayo, ketchup and mustard together. To assemble: On bun bottoms spread sauce mixture and top with cheese slices. Add a layer of ground beef and another layer of cheese slices. Top with diced pickles. Add more sauce to bun tops if desired. Brush melted butter or olive oil on top and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning mix or sesame seeds. Cook at 350 degrees F for 10 to 15 minutes until the cheese is melted.
