Abilene Machine makes $3,000 donation for honor flight

Kansas Honor Flight is an all-volunteer organization dedicated to honoring veterans.

Kansas Honor Flight’s mission is to provide veterans of World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War an all-expenses-paid trip to visit memorials and monuments in Washington, D.C. It is a token of appreciation for their sacrifices.

These trips provide veterans with the opportunity to reflect on their service, bond with fellow veterans and receive the recognition they deserve.

Abilene Machine’s donation will directly contribute to funding these invaluable journeys for Kansas veterans, ensuring that more heroes have the opportunity to participate in an experience that holds deep personal meaning.
