Servings: 16

Total Time: 55 minutes

I like this recipe because I can use just one bowl to mix all of the ingredients. It’s quick and easy for those late-night cravings for something chocolate.

Ingredients:

3/4 cup butter, melted

1 1/2 cup sugar

1 1/2 tsp vanilla

3 eggs

3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup cocoa

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Blend melted butter with sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well with a spoon. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add to egg mixture gradually and stir until well blended. Spread in a greased 8-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes, or until brownie pulls away from the sides of the pan. Cool and cut into squares.
