The Colorado Energy Office has awarded $3 million to Avago Technologies Wireless Manufacturing and Anheuser-Busch, both in Fort Collins, Colorado, for air quality improvement investments.

The grants will help awardees to implement green technology such as electric and steam-generating heat pumps, which will reduce emission and water use and help the state meet its greenhouse gas emission reduction goals. For Anheuser-Busch, the project will result in an estimated 78% reduction in onsite emissions.
