2 Nebraska tech leaders honored

Two members of the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture were recently recognized for their work.

Associate Dean Jennifer McConville was named the Association of Career and Technical Education of Nebraska’s Administrator of the Year. A champion of technological integration in education, McConville collaborates with Nebraska industries to develop curricula that align with workforce demands. Her efforts in securing grants and partnerships have brought cutting-edge technology and innovative practices to classrooms.

Dan Stehlik, an ag mechanic instructor, was honored with the ACTEN Lifetime Achievement Award. This award recognizes Stehlik’s contributions to career and technical education and his dedication to preparing students for successful careers in agriculture and related fields.
