Bourgault Industries, St. Brieux, Saskatchewan, Canada, has announced two new harrows—XR871 extended range and XR 851 extended range heavy harrows.
The XR8 series have a new frame and running gear design to provide working widths up to 110 feet. The XR871 has a seven-row design with 1/2-inch by 22-inch MAX LIFE carbide infused tines. The X851 is a five-row design with 5/8-inch by 26-inch carbine tines.
Both have the Adjustable Down Force system that provides easy adjustment from the tractor cab while another position prevents over-harrowing in difficult straw conditions.
