Southern Kansas – Well, luckily, we got finished up in southwest Oklahoma and got moved up here to Kansas on June 14. I was expecting to get here and go straight to the field but the storms have slowed us up once again. We received an inch of rain but Oklahoma really got poured on. I’m glad we got done and moved up the road when we did.
I can’t wait to get back in the field and get to cutting. The bushels look to be good. I’d like to add one more driver so if interested please apply online at www.schemperharvesting.com today!
Our forecast looks to be sunny and hot with highs in the nineties. I sure hope so! I’m ready to really get some wheat cut. C’mon summer wheat harvest weather – we are here to cut wheat!
