Texas A&M’s Todd Sink will present a one hour long how-to educational program on pond management and will unravel common myths and mismanagement practices related to water quality.

Often it is more difficult to “re-educate” pond owners to dispel long held myths and mismanagement practices than it is to educate a new pond owner with no pre-existing “knowledge”, said Sink, an aquaculture Extension specialist.

Water quality myths will be addressed along with the science and reasoning behind the correct management strategies that should be employed when issues are encountered. 30-minute live Q&A session will follow.

The cost is $35 for the webinar and advanced registration is required at https://tx.ag/PondMythBusting. For more information, email [email protected].
