GSI, Assumption, Illinois, is introducing three new grain system products to serve the evolving needs of farmers and their operations by offering advances in operating efficiency and safety. Included are:
- The 15,000-bushel-per-hour, 14-inch GSI VersaLoop chain conveyor, which helps farmers speed through harvest with increased capacity.

“This is the latest addition to the VersaLoop portfolio, which includes a variety of customizable sections, unload options and transitions, allowing growers to customize the right solution for their needs,” said GSI Product Manager Shaun Sutton. He said VersaLoop is also capable of longer unsupported free spans than traditional chain and flight conveyors, and can eliminate the need for support structures such as catwalks or towers.

- GSI Air Systems with variable speed control save energy, reduce grain damage and cut blower noise in half. Designed to adapt to most layouts, protect against grain loss and expand with farmers’ needs, Air Systems deliver gentle and reliable grain handling.
GSI Product Manager Alan Lockwood said, “These systems are built tough with cast-iron rotary air locks, positive displacement blowers and thermally protected motors, but they operate gently by using pneumatic conveying to transport grain with a cushion of air.”

- GSI QuickBolt Tower Stairs are designed with commercial-grade strength and enhanced safety features, such as nonslip steps and smooth, sturdy handrails. The stairs, which can be ordered exclusively with GSI’s QuickBolt Towers, are designed to save time and money with fewer components and arrive with factory preassembled landings and stringers.
“They are also available in both switchback and wraparound configurations,” Sutton said. “They deliver quality, safety and functionality farmers can trust on every level.”
