Summers adding 5 pieces to equipment lineup
Summers Manufacturing, Devils Lake, North Dakota, is launching five new pieces of equipment to maximize productivity, preserve soil health, and simplify farm operations.
From tillage to nutrient application, the new lineup offers precision-engineered tools to help growers meet today’s farming challenges.
- 3RT Samurai. The 3RT Samurai sets a new standard in vertical tillage, combining robust engineering with a zero-maintenance design. It delivers consistent soil aeration, optimal residue management, and season-to-season reliability—without the need for daily upkeep.
- Drone Spray Fill Xpress. Designed for the next generation of aerial application, the Drone Spray Fill Xpress streamlines refilling operations to keep spray drones in the air longer. The system reduces downtime, increases efficiency, and ensures precise mix ratios for consistent, high-quality applications.
- Elite Chisel series—disk, Samurai and coulter. Designed for efficiency and soil health, the Elite Chisel sizes and incorporates residue while preserving soil structure and organic matter. With blade options including disk, Samurai, or coulter, it covers more acres at widths up to 44 feet, requires less horsepower per acre than ripping, and delivers superior residue management for long-term field productivity.
- Strip Till. The Strip Till unit is engineered for exact nutrient placement, ensuring maximum uptake and minimizing waste. By targeting nutrients directly in the root zone, it supports stronger plant development and reduces environmental impact.
- Disk Ripper. The new Disk Ripper penetrates deep to break up compaction layers, allowing roots to grow freely and water to infiltrate efficiently.
