Support 4-H through Tractor Supply Co. Paper Clover Campaign
Missouri residents can support local youth programs through the Tractor Supply Co. 4-H Paper Clover Campaign, underway April 17 to May 3 at participating stores.
Customers can purchase paper clovers at checkout, with proceeds benefiting 4-H programs. The campaign is part of a partnership between Tractor Supply Co. and 4-H that began in 2010.
Since its inception, the Paper Clover campaign has raised more than $24 million nationwide to support youth development, according to Rachel Augustine, senior director for advancement for University of Missouri Extension and Missouri 4-H Foundation.
Funds raised through the campaign are largely directed to local programs. About 90 percent of donations support 4-H efforts within the state where they are collected, while the remaining 10 percent contributes to national programming.
Augustine said the funding helps provide opportunities for youth to attend camps, participate in leadership activities and engage in hands-on learning experiences.
“These small contributions make a big impact,” Augustine said. “When you purchase a paper clover, you’re helping provide meaningful opportunities that shape the future of young people right here in Missouri.”
Organizers say the campaign helps expand access to 4-H programs and supports efforts to prepare youth for future leadership roles.
Donations can be made by visiting local Tractor Supply Co. stores and adding a paper clover purchase at checkout.
