Low temperatures ranged from 25.4 degrees Fahrenheit at Kingston to 34.9 degrees Fahrenheit at Pine Bluff. Highs ranged from 44.0 degrees Fahrenheit at De Queen to 54.0 degrees Fahrenheit at Crossett. Light to moderate precipitation was received throughout the state, with the highest concentration occurring in the south central part of the state with an average of 2.10 inches.
