Kansas Wheat Commission, along with the Home Baking Association, and King Arthur Flour and Red Star Yeast, sponsored the fourth biennial National Festival of Breads in Manhattan, Kansas. The ballroom of the Hilton Garden Inn and Manhattan Conference Center was transformed into a competition kitchen, with eight finalists in four categories vying for the grand prize.
