The Ogallala Livestock Auction Market, Ogallala, Nebraska, reported receipts of 2,440 head selling on March 29, compared to 3,100 head last year, according to the Nebraska Department of Agriculture-USDA Market News Service, Kearney, Nebraska.

There was no comparison to a week ago, due to no feeder sale. Demand was good to moderate. Steers accounted for 47% and heifers 53% of the offering, with 82% over 600 pounds.
