The popular Longhorn Cattle Drive was held Aug. 7 as part of the 2021 Dodge City Days events. Kylene Scott got close to the action as the Longhorns paraded through town, following in the footsteps—or hoof steps—of cattle that were driven along the historic Great Western Cattle Trail.
