Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. sausage
1/2 onion, chopped fine
3 Tbsp unsalted butter
Instructions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix flour, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper and baking powder in a large bowl. Add cheddar cheese and toss to coat. Add sausage, onion and butter. Wash hands and mix well and roll into balls. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cook for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
