Cheesy Garlic Bread

Total Time: 25 minutes  

Good bread is the secret ingredient with this recipe.   


1 medium loaf French bread, unsliced  

1/2 cup butter softened  

2 cloves garlic, halved  

1 tsp dried parsley  

1/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated  


Cut slice down the length of the bread loaf, at 1-inch intervals, without cutting all the way through. Rub slices and top of loaf with cut slices of garlic halves. Mince garlic and combine butter, parsley and parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Spread mixture between bread slices on top of loaf. Wrap bread in foil, leaving the top partially uncovered. Bake at 375 degrees F until heated through about 15 minutes.
