A hearty holiday appetizer 

Chicken Pecan Log

Total Time: 4 hours and 20 minutes 

This is a great appetizer for holidays. 


(2) 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened 

1 Tbsp steak sauce 

1/2 tsp curry powder 

1 1/2 cups minced cooked chicken 

1/3 cup minced celery 

1/2 cup pecans, toasted and finely chopped 


Combine cream cheese, steak sauce and curry powder; beat until smooth. Stir in chicken and celery. Shape into a log; chill 4 hours or overnight. Coat with pecans. Serve with crackers.
