CLA appoints interim executive vice president

The Colorado Livestock Association announced April 14 the executive committee has voted to retain Dwain Weinrich, who served as the organization’s president from 2020-22, as the interim executive vice president.

He will oversee daily operations while the association seeks a permanent replacement.

“We are fortunate to have Dwain stepping in during this leadership transition to help maintain the success and productivity that the CLA is known for,” said Kory Kessinger, president of CLA.

The executive vice president of the Colorado Livestock Association is the chief staff officer of the association and is directly responsible to the CLA executive committee and board of directors.
