Early registration is now open for the 2025 National Agricultural Marketing Summit (Ag Summit), set for Nov. 12–14, 2025, at the Hilton Indianapolis Hotel & Suites. Participants who register by Oct. 12 will receive the early bird rate of $300. After that date, registration is $375. Students, veterans and farmers qualify for additional discounts. Scholarship applications are open through Oct. 3, and a limited number of exhibitor spots remain for organizations interested in showcasing their work. A block of rooms is also available at the Hilton Indianapolis at the group conference rate.

The Ag Summit provides practical sessions where attendees will explore strategies and resources to strengthen farms, food businesses and local economies. Participants will take home new insights they can use right away, along with valuable connections to peers and partners from across the country.

This year’s summit is organized in collaboration with the Agricultural Marketing Resource Center (AgMRC), AgriProspects, Extension Risk Management and Education, Farm Credit, Illinois Farm Bureau, Market Maker and the North Central Regional Center for Rural Development. AgMRC is hosted by Iowa State University Extension and Outreach’s Farm, Foo, and Enterprise Development program with support from USDA Rural Development.

Complete details on registration, scholarships, exhibitor opportunities and the conference schedule are available on the Ag Summit website.
