SafeGrain Leadership Transition Names Paul Kamm CEO

SafeGrain, a provider of grain quality control and hazard monitoring solutions since 1954, announced a planned leadership transition intended to support the company’s continued growth and long-term service to customers and partners.

Zachary Carr has moved from president to chairman of the board, where he will continue to provide strategic guidance and oversight. In this role, he will remain actively involved in shaping the company’s direction while supporting its next phase of development.

Paul Kamm has assumed the role of CEO after serving as chief operating officer.

“This transition positions SafeGrain to expand its reach and continue investing in solutions that support the evolving needs of the grain industry,” Carr said. “I have full confidence in Paul’s leadership and in the team’s ability to continue serving our customers and partners at a high level.”

“It’s an honor to step into this role and build on the legacy that has been established. SafeGrain has always been focused on helping operators protect their grain, equipment, and facilities,” Kamm said. “That commitment remains unchanged, and we are excited about the opportunities ahead.”

The company said the leadership transition is intended to support continued innovation, operational excellence and long-term industry service.

The company will maintain its focus on:

  • Delivering monitoring solutions
  • Supporting its nationwide dealer network
  • Helping grain-handling operators prevent loss, reduce risk and improve performance
