The USDA Market News Service, Greeley, Colorado, in the closing grain report for June 28, reported in futures trading that Chicago July soft red winter wheat was $9.21 1/4; July corn, $7.59 1/2; and July soybeans, $16.63 3/4.
The export bid for direct Gulf delivery of No. 1 hard red winter wheat, ordinary protein, rail, unavailable; No. 2 soft red winter wheat, barge, $9.36 1/4 to $9.42 1/4, up 17 1/4 cents; No. 2 yellow corn, barge, $8.59 1/2 to $8.60 1/2, up 15 1/4 cents; No. 2 yellow sorghum, rail, unavailable; No. 2 yellow sorghum, barge, unavailable; and No. 1 yellow soybeans, barge, $17.65 3/4 to $17.71 3/4, change up 33 1/4 cents.
Colby, Kansas, unit train wheat bid was $9.15 1/4.
