Colorado startup offers digital platform for navigating the universal human experience

Colorado tech startup bQuest announces the public launch of their new digital platform, offering much-needed support for Coloradans who are part of over 41.8 Million Americans who provide unpaid care to an adult over the age of 50.

The bQuest digital platform delivers a personalized service matching families with relevant informational resources and best-in-class professionals based on their very specific needs. It addresses existing fragmentation in the market and delivers a much-improved experience for the family caregiver making important decisions. They do this through their highly curated, local community of professionals that exist to support families across 20 specialties and five professional pillars: Legal, Finance, Aging Care, Funeral and After Loss. Family caregivers can get started now at thebquest.com.

AARP estimates that by the year 2034, adults ages 65 and older will outnumber children under the age of 18, and the share of potential caregivers is projected to continue shrinking. While there are many challenges to address, bQuest aims to positively impact the universal human experience of Aging, End-of-Life and Death for family caregivers and their loved one(s) through a unique combination of technology and human-to-human connection. This will ensure families receive the support needed to provide the best level of care for their loved one(s) and themselves.

“As we look forward to the new year, we know that some people are facing anxiety and stress around caring for a loved one,” said bQuest Co-founder Kelly Baird. “By offering helpful information and meaningful connections, bQuest can help make the future brighter in 2024 and beyond.”

bQuest is committed to providing resources directly to family caregivers, as well as in partnership with local organizations and businesses. Statistically speaking, more than one in four people provide 21 or more hours per week of unpaid care to an ill or aging family member in addition to holding down their paying job. By partnering with employers to offer guidance and local resources, these employees will feel more supported and less alone.

“Whether you’re planning for your family’s future or navigating a loss, you don’t need to do it alone,” said Co-founder Lauren Clough. “At bQuest, we believe that creating a community around preparedness and support can help people deal with life’s most challenging moments. As a heart-centered, purpose-driven platform, we offer resources that are both practical and compassionate for every step of the journey.”
