Harvest Flea Market announces grand opening May 5-6

Newly constructed Harvest Flea Market announced that the grand opening weekend is May 5 and 6.

Harvest Flea Market is located at the west end of the Finney County Fairgrounds parking lot in Garden City, Kansas. It will be open to the public May through October every weekend from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Harvest Flea Market offers over 300 fenced-in spaces, full food and beverage concessions, and rental equipment for vendors. Every weekend there is a farmers market, covered spaces, live animal sale area, great bargains, treasure hunting and even a beer beach.

“A buck and you’re in luck!” says Jeff Arkebauer, general manager, about the cheap gate fee. Kids under 12 are free.

Company officials state that daily or weekend vendors do not need to reserve spaces. Just show up with your wares at the south red gate between 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. to get a space. Prices start as low as $20. Vendor and visitor information are available at www.harvestfleamarket.com.
