The Rutledge (405-18) has the look of a farmhouse with its two stories and full covered porch in the front. The mix of brick and wood adds to the look and feel of the facade. To the right side of the home is a two-car garage that runs the full length of the right side.
Once inside the Rutledge, stairs to the second floor are on the right and the living room is on the left. This area of the living room is designed to be a formal room, separated from the family room by walls. It is meant for entertaining.
