CSA program helps Montanans

Montana State University

Individuals and families looking to expand their palates and support local agriculture this summer can participate through the Montana State University campus.

Community supported agriculture, or CSA, shares are available for purchase through MSU’s student-run Towne’s Harvest Garden, which offers students, faculty, staff and community members a way to support aspiring farmers in the Gallatin Valley. The CSA offers 18 weeks of fresh, local and organic vegetables grown on campus at Towne’s Harvest Garden, located at 2730 W. Garfield St.

Every Wednesday from June 10 to Oct. 14, except July 1, customers can pick up their weekly CSA box from 4 to 6 p.m. at the farm.
